Newton Laboratories Private Limited was incorporated on 8 July 2005 and began its journey as an export-oriented pharmaceutical company. The early years were shaped by international quality standards and global competitiveness — a foundation that would later redefine our presence in the Indian market.

With the growing potential of the Indian healthcare market, the company entered the domestic market in May 2010, initially establishing its presence across five states — Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu.
Following strong growth and achieving an annual turnover of ₹20 crore, the company expanded into additional markets including Bihar, Punjab, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. Today, Newton Laboratories has a growing pan-India presence across 12 states, supported by an expanding marketing and distribution network.
